Essential Mobility LLC ("Essential Mobility", "we", "our", "us") operates the website essentialmobilityslo.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and what rights you have. We try to keep it short and in plain English.

What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
1. Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, you send us your name, phone number, email (if provided), city, the service you're interested in, your message, your preferred way for us to reach you, and how you heard about us. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about your request.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics tool records standard usage information: which pages you visited, the page you came from, your approximate location (derived from your IP address — not your exact address), the type of device and browser you're using, and how long you stayed. Your IP address is anonymized before it reaches our analytics. We do not collect your precise location.
How we use the information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation, repair, or rental.
- To follow up about your request after our visit or call.
- To understand which pages and services are most useful, so we can improve the site.
- To detect and prevent fraud or spam (for example, blocking bot submissions).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. GA4 sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure how you move through the site. We have IP anonymization enabled. We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser's privacy settings to block cookies.
We also use Cookieyes to remember your privacy preference and to provide the floating Your Privacy Choices opt-out widget that appears at the bottom-left of every page. Cookieyes loads a small script on each page view to manage this preference. If you opt out via the widget, your choice is saved for one year and Google Analytics stops tracking you on this site.
Service providers we use
We use three third-party services to run the website. Each one is bound by its own privacy practices:
- Google Analytics — anonymous site usage analytics.
- Formspree — receives your contact-form submission and forwards it to our email inbox.
- Cookieyes — remembers your privacy choice and powers the floating "Your Privacy Choices" opt-out widget. Loads a small script on every page view; does not sell or share your data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers.
- We do not share your information with marketing partners.
- We do not profile you across other websites.
How long we keep your information
Contact-form submissions are kept as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up on your request and serve you (typically while you are a customer, plus a reasonable period for warranty and service records). Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics under its standard retention setting (we do not extend it).
Your rights — California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), if you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Request that we delete information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell information, so this right is automatic).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect the information you submit (HTTPS in transit, limited internal access). No system can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and address issues quickly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes (for example, adding a new third-party service) will be noted clearly.
